Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Members present Council Members Mary Elizabeth Dickerson -District 1, Mike McDonough -District 3, Gary House -District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5, Evan Weiss -District 6 and Lorie Rodriguez -District 7. Council Member Steve Martinez -District 2 was absent.
