4th Street, Plainview, Texas. The agenda for this meeting was posted in City Hall at
11:00 a.m. on June 18, 2007. Mayor John C. Anderson presided. Councilmembers
present were: Kelvin Tipton-District 1, Cathy Waggoner-District 2, Belinda Pena-District
3, Wendell Dunlap-District 6 and Roland Nash-District 7. Councilmembers John N.
Bertsch-District 4 and Ron Trusler-District 5 were absent.
Staff members present were: John Berry-Acting City Manager, Greg Ingham-City
Manager, John Castro-Director of Community Services, Gary Glass-Fire Chief, Leslie
Pearce-City Attorney, Jack Keller-Budget Manager, Will Mull-Police Chief, and Belinda
Hinojosa-City Secretary.

Councilmember Wendell Dunlap delivered the invocation.
Councilmembers John N. Bertsch and Ron Trusler were granted excused absences.
The Council and staff reviewed the agenda for the City Council meeting of June 26,
2007.
There being no further business, Mayor Anderson adjourned the meeting at 11:52 a.m.
