Pharmacy Host School Immunization

July 25, 2024 –The Plainview - Hale County Health
Department and Hale Center Clinical Pharmacy will
host a Back to School Immunization Clinic from 9:00
a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Hale Center Clinical

Pharmacy, 601 Avenue G, on Saturday, August 3.
The Hale Center Clinical Pharmacy will provide
tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap),
meningococcal (MCV4) and HPV vaccines. These
immunizations will be provided for those who have
insurance.
The Health Department will provide immunizations for
those who are uninsured, underinsured, enrolled in
Medicaid or are American Indian or Alaskan native regardless of age.

Immunizations will be available for children grades Kindergarten to 12 Grade (18 and under)
requiring immunizations for school. All participants are required to bring their child’s immunization
record and Medicaid card (if applicable) to receive immunization shots.
