Department to Begin Hosting Monthly

The Plainview - Hale County Health Department will begin
hosting a monthly immunization clinic. Held on a Saturday,
th
the first clinic will be Saturday, August 5 from 9:00 a.m. –
2:00 p.m. at the Plainview – Hale County Health
th
Department located at 111 E. 10 Street.
Immunizations will be available for children grades
th
Kindergarten to 12 Grade (18 and under) requiring immunizations for school. Also, those who are
American Indian or Alaskan Native are eligible regardless of age.
Eligible recipients include those who are uninsured, underinsured or enrolled in Medicaid. Medicaid
recipients must have their Medicaid card with them to receive immunization shots. All participants are
required to bring your child’s immunization record.
