The City of Plainview’s Animal Management Department
has launched a webpage showcasing available animals
for adoption at the Animal Shelter.
Citizens, rescue groups and adoption networks may view
pets on a phone, tablet, desktop or anywhere with an
internet connection.
The webpage features a photo of the animal and lists the
animal’s breed, age, sex, size, color, intake day and
more. It is updated frequently and all pets listed are vetted to insure there is no owner.
After finding a pet, schedule an appointment with Animal Management staff to visit the
animal and complete paperwork. Adoption paperwork is also available online and can be
completed before your visit for an expediated adoption process.
