City of Plainview Fire Department
Announces Promotion
of Jordan King
The City of Plainview Fire Department Chief Bobby
Gipson recently announced the promotion of Jordan
King to Equipment Operator.
King is a two-and-a-half-year member of the City of
Plainview Fire Department and recently served as a
Firefighter.
The City of Plainview Fire Department was organized
in 1909, and the department took over emergency
medical services (EMS) in 1985. The Department
provides fire suppression, fire prevention, and emergency medical services for the City of Plainview
and surrounding areas.
