The Newsbank’s Texas Newspaper Collection includes more than 386 Texas City/Town newspapers including the Plainview Herald, College and University newspapers, blogs and television news transcripts. The files are text files only and do not provide images. Newsbank is available to anyone with a library card and patrons can access the collection from the library’s computers or from their own devices anytime at www.plainviewtx.org.
