The City of Plainview and Hale County contributed funds and in-kind labor to make the
business park a reality as well as receiving a $1,000,000 grant from the Economic

support the construction of the Business Park and

Business Park a reality for Plainview.” says Mike Fox, Plainview Hale County EDC

Western Equipment jumped on board to be tenant in the Business Park and constructed
a new four million dollar state of the art facility in the new business park.
