City Council Meetings
The City of Plainview’s City Council Meeting slated for

Tuesday, March 24 will be done via teleconferencing in
guidelines with Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Order
limiting gatherings of ten people or less. Citizens will be able to view the meeting via our
regular television channel (Suddenlink Channel 14).
“Governor Abbott’s executive order offers flexible guidelines for local governments to
continue to have meetings while still working to maintain the safety of council members,
staff and citizens,” says Jeffrey Snyder. “We will be using teleconferencing for our
meetings until further notice.”
