Friends of the Library Book Sale Scheduled
for Wednesdays in September and October
The Friends of the Library will hold a book sale on Wednesdays
throughout September and October at the Unger Memorial Library
located at 825 N. Austin.
The book sale is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the
thrdth
following Wednesdays: September 16, 23 and 30 and October
thth
7 and 14.
Paperback books will be $0.25 and hardback books will be $0.50.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, shoppers will need to wear masks,
bring your own bag and no carry outs will be available.
“Even though there will be some different requirements in place
for the book sale, we are grateful that our Friends supporters will be able to host their
fundraiser,” said Cynthia Peterson, Chief Librarian. “We encourage everyone to
purchase books in a safe and fun manner.”
