City of Plainview Employees Recognized for
Years of Service
The City of Plainview recently recognized 21 employees for
their years of service with the City. Most notable was Feliz
Rodriquez (pictured left with City Manager Jeffrey Snyder). A
member of the Street Department, he has served the City of
Plainview for 35 years.
Other employees with a tenure of 25 years include Jimmy
Perry, Solid Waste Collection and Daren Miner, Firefighter/EMS.
The City also recognized Thomas Harp – Firefighter/EMS, Brian Gallaway – Water Production
Operation and Phillip DeLuna – Solid Waste Collection for 20 years of service; Lorenzo Perez –
Solid Waste Collection, Vannesa Rincon – Accounting and Anna Evans – Landfill with 15 years of
service and Joseph Marks and Tommy Marquez, both Firefighters/EMS for 10 years of service.
Employees celebrating a five year anniversary with the City include Seth Stephens –
Firefighter/EMS, Jesus (Jesse) Lopez – Community Development, Jack Ball – Landfill, Viktorya
Castillo – Accounting, William McMickings – Waste Water Collection, Luis Montelongo – Police,
Ryan Seales – Firefighter/EMS, Christopher Chandler – Firefighter/EMS, Isauro Gutierrez – IT
and Irma Shackelford – RSVP.
“Congrats to Feliz and all the employees for their years of service to the City,” says Jeffrey
Snyder, City Manager. “This list of employees with many years of service is a testimony to the
dedication of our staff to the City.”
