Plainview Police Department Pins Three New
Officers
The Plainview Police Department pinned three new officers Monday,
nd
December 2 at the Swearing-In Ceremony in Council Chambers at City
Hall.
Pinned were Officers Lance Lucero, Carlos Rivera and Joel Martinez.
Officer Lucero was pinned by his mother, Sabrina, Officer Martinez was
pinned by his wife, Jennifer and Rivera was pinned by Sgt. Jeff Stalcup.
Officers will now be placed in the Field Training Program where they will
receive approximately 14 weeks of intense on the job training.
