“Wine Walk is one of our more successful events,” said Melinda Brown, Main Street Manager.
“Partnering with ARTWALK Plainview is a perfect fit. We are excited to combine both events
and make it a fun night for everyone.”
Live Music will also be provided by Aaron Shackelford in front of Masso’s during the event.
To encourage participants to purchase art, Wine Walk businesses have agreed to make available
discount fliers for anyone that purchases a piece of art at the ARTWALK on Friday night.
“We want to encourage participants to not only purchase the artist’s work but to shop downtown
as well,” says Chris Hanoch, ARTWALK Plainview president. “Giving away coupons for
downtown businesses with a purchase from an artist is a perfect way to make that happen.”
A partial list of businesses participating include 725 Vintage Co., CC’s Junque to Antiques –
20% off, Carlito’s Restaurant – Discount on Appetizers, It’s A Girl Thing – 20% off a single
item, Hello Baby – 20% off a single item, Fades N Blades – 10% off any haircut, Cindy’s
Country Quilt Shoppe – 25% off any item, Masso’s 15% off any non-sale item, Plainview

“We have a few new businesses that just opened who will be participating and businesses are
being added every day,” said Brown. “So stop by the courthouse on Friday, buy some art, grab a
wristband and visit all the great merchant’s downtown during ARTWALK Plainview and Wine
Walk.”
