Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Members present were Council Members Mary Elizabeth Dickerson -District 1, Steve Martinez -District 2, Gary House -District 4, Daniel Rascon-District 5, Evan Weiss -District 6, and Lorie Rodriguez -District 7. Council Member Gilbert Garcia was absent.
