RESOLUTION NO. R90-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GARDENVILLE SUBDIVISION, UNIT
NO. 3, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Bill Cartwright has submitted the Preliminary Plat of
Gardenville Subdivision, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas
along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the
City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on April 12, 1990, approved the Preliminary Plat of the
Gardenville Subdivision, Unit No. 3, Plainview, Hale County,
Texas, subject to the following stipulations:
1)
That the platted lot be designated as Lot 2, Block 6 in
conformance with the western portion of the block and
'[ts numbering.
2)
That the gas line easement which exists across the
central portion of the property running North and South
from 24th Street to 25th Street be shown on the final
plat.
3)
That the property be permitted to be. subdivided without
the dedication of any alleys due to the fact that the
property is adequately served by utilities from the
adjacent streets and can be made accessable to all
other services which might be required to develop and
use the property.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat
and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and
find that said plat revised to include the stipulations
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with
the intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Plainview.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview, Texas
that the Preliminary Plat of Gardenville Subdivision, Unit No. 3,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be approved subject to the
stipulations recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and
that the Final Plat of said subdivision incorporate all of said
stipulations.
