R90-146 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPOINTING THE LAY REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW UNGER MEMORIAL LIBRARY IN THE WEST TEXAS LIBRARY SYSTEM, FOR FISCAL YEARS 1990 AND 1991. WHEREAS, the City of Plainview Unger Memorial Library is a member of the West Texas Library System; and WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is entitled to appoint a Lay Representative to serve on the West Texas Library System Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview that Lucile Davis is hereby appointed to serve for fiscal years 1990 and 1991, as the City of Plainview Lay Representative to the West Texas Library System Board.
