RESOLUTION NO. R90-151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF FERRELLWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT
NO. 2, PART OF LOT 6, BLOCK 6, EAST COLLEGE HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, John A. Rinck has submitted the Preliminary Plat of
Ferrellwood Subdivision, Unit No. 2, part of Lot 6, Block 6, East
College Heights Addition to the City of Plainview, Hale County,
Texas, along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information
to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on May 24, 1990, approved the Preliminary Plat of said
Ferrellwood Subdivision, Unit No. 2, part of Lot 6, Block 6, East
College Heights Addition to the City of Plainview, Hale County,
Texas subject to the following stipulation:
That a 20' travel easement be provided East or West
from the North end of the proposed alley to either
Wood Street or Ferrell Street to permit maintenance
vehicles means to exit the alley to a street without
having to back vehicles out of the alley.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat
and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and
find that said plat revised to include the stipulation recommended
by the Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with the intent
of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview, Texas,
that the Preliminary Plat of Ferrellwood Subdivision, Unit No. 2,
part of Lot 6, Block 6, East College Heights Addition to the City
of Plainview, Hale COunty, Texas, be approved subject to the
stipulation recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and
the Final Plat of said subdivision incorporates all of said
stipulations.
Passed and Approved this 12th day of June, 1990.
