R90-172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY O~ PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF EDGEMERE ADDITION, UNIT NO. 6, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, on August 14, 1990, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Edgemere Addition, Unit No. 6, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to certain stipulations; and WHEREAS, the Plainview Independent School District of Plainview, Texas, has submitted the Final Plat of Edgemere Addition, Unit No. 6, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with all required fees and accompanying documents; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, all payments, guarantees and other provisions for water and sewer connections required to serve said addition have been made; and WHEREAS, provisions have been made for street paving and other improvements required by the City of Plainview for the approval of the Final Plat of said addition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview, Texas, that the Final Plat of Edgemere Addition, Unit No. 6, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to compliance with the Subdivision Regulations and other ordinances governing the platting and developing of land within the City of Plainview.
