HomeMy WebLinkAboutR85-843RESOLUTION NO. R85-843 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC~ OF THE CITY OF PIAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HAMBY SUBDIVISION, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, J.W. Hamby, G.F. Glenn andTeddy L. Davis have submitted the PreliminaryPlat of Hamby Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and WHERF~, the Planningand Zoning C~tt~ssion of the City of PlainviewonMay 23, 1985 approved the Preliminary Plat of Hamby Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas subject to the following stipulations: 1) That existing buildings and structures be shown on the Final Plat. 2) That building setback lines of 25' be shown across existing buildings and structures on fronts and sides of Lots 1 thru 7 of Final Plat. 3) That the following note beplacedonthe Final Plat: "Existing structures located on Lots 1,4,5,6, and 7 shall be permitted to remain withinthe area betweenbuilding setback lines and front or side lot lines in accordance with and subject to the stipulations set forth in Section 28:4, Non-conforming Structures, City of PlainviewCcmprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 82-2478." 4) That easement be provided and shown on Final Plat across Lot 6 at location of existing power line to provide electrical power service to Lot 7 as requested by Southwestern Public Service Ompany. ~tEREAS, the CityCouncilhas reviewed said PreliminaryPlatand the recommendationS of the Planning and Zoning Oa~ssion, and finds that said plat revised to include the stipulationS recc~mendedby the Planning and Zoning Ccnm%issionwill comply with the intent of the Subdivision P~gulations of the City of Pla/nview. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of Hamby Subdivision, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be approved subject to t_he stipulations recom~-=nded by th~ Planning and Zoning C~nnission and that the Final Plat of said subdivision incorporate all of said stipulations.
