A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PIAINVIEW,
TEXAS DESIGNATING CERTAIN LOADING ZONES WITHIN THE CORPORATE
CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council by Ordinance No. 707 codified
as Section 32-386 by the Plainview City Code has authorized the Director
of Public Safety that the approval of the City Council is to determine
the location of passengers and freight curb loading zones in place of
appropriate signs indicating these zones; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety have received applications
from business establishments in this C~-~¥unity requesting loading zones:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Tewms that tb~ following areas be designated as
loading zones in our Ccramn%ity and it be a violation of City Ordinance
to obstruct such zones:
Skaggs Building
TV Corner
Escobar Used Furniture
First Baptist Church
South Plains Auto Paints
Caprock Canners, ID~.
Vick' s Cleaners
100 West 7th
726 Ash
724 Ash
205 West 8th
