RESOLUTION NO. R85-862
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF EZZELL ADDITION, PLAINVIEW
HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. '
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1985, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat
of Ezzell Addition, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to certain stipulations;
and
WHEREAS, B. C. Goree of New Braunfels, Texas, has submitted the Final Plat
of said Ezzell Addition, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with all required
fees and accompanying documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has found that
it contains all the items required by the stipulations set forth for the approval
of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, said addition is exempt from water pro-rata and sewer pro-rata payments
by virtue of exemptions granted by Ordinance No. 73-1383; and
WHEREAS, no guarantees are required by virtue of all streets in and adjoining
said addition having been previously paved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Plainview, Texas that the Final Plat of Ezzell Addition, Plainview, Hale County,
Texas be and is hereby approved subject to compliance with ~he subdivision re-
gulations, the Pro-Rata Ordinance and other ordinances governing the platting
and developing of land within the City of Plainview and its extraterritorial
jurisdiction.
