A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIAW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELI~INARY PLAT OF BETHESDA MANOR II
TO BECOME C$.RNN SUBDIVISION , UNIT NO. 2, PLAINVIEW, HALE
COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, BethesdaManor II, Inc. has submitted the Preliminary Plat
of Bethesda Manor II, Plainview, Hale County, Texas along with
appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of
the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on September 26, 1985 approved the Preliminary Plat of said
Bethesda Manor II, Plainview, Hale County, Texas subject to the
following stipulations:
1) That the title of the Final Plat be "Glenn Subdivision,
Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas."
2) That the lot be designated as "Lot 6."
3) That alley along the east and north edge of lot mustbe
dedicated prior to Final Plat approval.
4) That remainder of Borger Street between 7thand 8thStreets
must be dedicated prior to FiDal Plat approval.
WHEREAS, the City Council bas reviewed said Preliminary Plat and
the reconm~ndations of the Planning and Zoning C~ssion, and find that
said plat revised to include the stipulations recc~_nded by the
Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with the intent of the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVSD by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainviewthat the Preliminary Plat of said BethesdaManor II to
becc~e Glen/a Subdivision, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas be
approved subject to the stipulations recc~mended by the Planning and
Zoning ODmmission and that the Final Plat of said subdivision
incorporate all of said stipulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of October, 1985.
