R79-143 O0 O34 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW AWARDING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF A 12,000 GALLON GASOLINE TANK. WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is in need of additional gasoline storage capacity; and WHEREAS, space is available to locate the tank adjacent to the existing tank at the Police Department; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview has caused the specifications to be duly advertised: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview hereby awards the bid of $7,144.00, for purchase and installation of a 12,000 gallon tank, to Plains Pump Company of Lubbock, Texas.
