R80-218 O0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRADE OF PROPERTY FOR STORM DRAINAGE RIGHT-OF-WAY. WHEREAS, the City of Plainview Ordinance No. 65-859 provides for the trade of property owned by the City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, the appraised value of the Storm Drainage Right-of-Way to be. acquired (all of lot 16 and the east SO feet of lots 10, 11, 12 & 13, Block 16, McClelland Addition) and the appraised value and paving improve- ment of the City of Plainview's property (See attachment I) are extremely close; and WHEREAS, the trade would benefit both parties: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the Mayor to execute Legal Documents in conjunction with the trade of property for Storm Drainage Right-of-Way. PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th of February, 1980.
