HomeMy WebLinkAboutR80-289I CITY OF PLAINVIEW RESOLUTION N0.R80-289 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK NORTH, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the Industrial Foundation has submitted a preliminary plat of Industrial Park North along with the appropriate fee and necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been submitted to the Planning &Zoning Commission and their recommendations are as follows: 1) Submit a plan for raising the land located in the 100 year floodplain prior to submission of final plat of the portion including Lots 9 - 17 inclusive. 2) Arrange for the dedication of Joliet Street from 33rd Street to the South boundary of the Industrial Park North. 3) Correct setbacks along Industrial Blvd. 4) Adjust setbacks to conform with Zoning 0rdinanco. 5) Provide for a fifteen foot easement across the rear of Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17. 6) Provide for drainage and utility easements as shown along south edge of Lot 13. 7) Provide for a 90° intersection at Joliet and Action Streets. 8) Waive the Subdivisions regulations pertaining to lengths of blocks for the block consisting of Lots 1- 10, since the Fire Chief sees no problem in providing fire prevention services, provided,a4di~%6ngl fire hydrants are installed. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve the preliminary plat of Industrial Park North, Plainview,Texas subject to the recommendations of the Planning & Zoning Commission. PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of July, 1980.
