RESOLUTION NO. R80-317_
A RESOLUTION~OFTHE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE 'CITY'OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE STEP 1 FACILITY
PLAN, GRANT NO. C-48~1404-01.
WHEREAS, in June of 1979, the City of Plainview recieved
a STEP I Grant from the Environmental Protection Agency; and
WHEREAS, this grant was for the purpose of preparing a
Facility Plan for handling Plaim~iew's effluent from the waste
water treatment plant for the next 20 years; and
WHEREAS, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. were employed to develop
said plan; and
WHEREAS, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. have completed all
the steps required by the Environmental Protection Agency and the
City of Plainview:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve and adopt the STEP I
Facility Plan, Grant No. C-48-1401-01 as prepared by Parkhill Smith
& Cooper, Inc. ' '
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 28th day of October, 1980.
