A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAIN-VIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR A PARKING L'0T AT THE SENIOR CITIZENS
CENTER.

WHEREAS, concerned citizens have expressed a desire for
a parking lot at the Senior Citizens Center; and
WHEREAS, there exist a need to determine 'the construction
cost of said parking lot:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the C
