ATTEST: WALTER S. gODSON, City Clerk BUSINESS OFFICE: 409 WEST 3RD · PLAINVIEW, TEXAS 79072 September .9, 1981 TO: THE PLAINVIE~ CITY COUNCIL Gentlemen: I am in the process of completely remodeling the existing structure at 309 West 10th street. ~hen completed, there will be six very nice apartments which will help alleviate the Critical housing shortage in Plainview. Also definitely improve that section of loth street. Im order to make this all. work., there is a need to create additional off-street parking for these residents. This can easily be accomplished with a concrete slab 30 X ~0 feet starting at the gUtter of the existing street. This would necessitate the removal of the present sidewalk which is in a very bad state of repair. I request permission to remove this sidewalk. Respectfmlly submitted, Paul D. Johnson// LUBBOCK PLAINVIEW ANIARILLO (806) 765-5.558 (806) 296-7416 (806) 373-6999
