RESOLUTION NO. R81-439
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHOR%ZING WAYLAND BAPTIST
UNIVERSITY TO PAVE THE ALLEY LOCATED BEHIND LOTS
6,7, & 8, BLOCK 50, COLLEGE HILL ADDITION, PLAIN-
VIEW, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Wayland Baptist University has requested permission
to pave the alley located behind Lots 6,7 & 8, Block 50, College
Hill Addition, Plainview, Texas in order to provide a paved aceess
route to one of its rental units; and
WHEREAS, the paving will be installed on the City's right-of-
way, it should be installed in accordance with the City of Plainview's
alley paving specifications:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to grant permission to Wayland.
Baptist University to pave the alley located behind Lots 6,7 & 8,
Block 50, College Hill Addition, Plainview, Texas in accordance
with the City of Plainview's alley paving specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1Sth day of October, 1981.
