FEES - ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
RESOLUTION NO. R89-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 85-2629 AND ORDINANCE NO. 85-2630.
WHEREAS, the City Council calls for-the establishment of fees
for Animal Control Services by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the present fees are
inadequate to cover City cost associated with providing animal
control services; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Plainview
that fees for Animal Control services be adjusted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas that the fees for Animal Control
services are established as noted on Exhibit A and that said
establishment of fees is done in accordance with Ordinance No.
85-2629 and Ordinance No. 85-2630.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Exhibit A is hereby made a permanent
part of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any Resolution or policy in conflict
with this Resolution is hereby repealed.
