RESOLUTION NO. R89-123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR
AMENDMENT TO TDOC EMCO CONTRACT 706452.
Whereas, the City of Plainview is a recipient of Texas
Capital Funds administered by the Texas Department of Commerce;
and
Whereas, one specific Contract is TDOC Contract No. 706452 as
such pertains to EMCO; and
Whereas, the City of Plainview desires to amend the TDOC
Contract in order to more efficiently administer the Grant.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas, that TDOC Contract No. 706452 be amended
by the Texas Department of Commerce to defer the first payment on
the loan from EMCO to the City of Plainview until thirty (30) days
after Project close out.
