RESOLUTION NO. R89-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
COUNCILMEMBER TERRY CLEMENTS OF PRECINCT 2 FROM TH'E
PLAINVIEW CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, on April 5, 1986, Terry J. Clements was elected to a four
year term as Councilmember of Precinct No. 2 for the Plainview City
Council; and
WHEREAS, effective April 1, 1989, Councilmember Terry Clements has
tenured his resignation as Councilmember of Precinct No. 2 upon his
relocation to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas, that the Mayor and City Council accept
the resignation of Councilmember Terry J. Clements of Precinct No. 2
from the Plainview City Council.
