R89-171 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF COOPER-PARDO SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST PART OF BLOCK 7, LAKESIDE ADDITION PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, on April 11, 1989, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Lakeside Subdivision of Block 7, Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to certain stipulations; and WHEREAS, Dan Cooper, Joe Pardo and John W. Warrick of Plainview, Texas, have submitted the Final Plat of Cooper-Pardo Subdivision of the East part of Block 7, Lakeside Addition, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with all. required fees and accompanying documents; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set forth for the approval of the Preliminary Plat described in the first paragraph above and that it conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, that the Final Plat of Cooper-Pardo Subdivision of the East part of Block 7, Lakeside Addition, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to compliance with the Subdivision Regulations and other Ordinances governing the platting and developing of land within the City of Plainview. ~E ~V.
