RESOLUTION NO. R91-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
ACCEPTING THE 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR AUDIT.
WHEREAS, Williams, Meriwether, Smith and Company, Certified
Public Accountants have completed the 1989-90 fiscal year audit;
and
WHEREAS, they have presented a copy of such to the Mayor,
City Counci!~ and City Administration; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council are satisfied with the
quality of said.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Plainview,
Texas that the 1989-90 fiscal year .audit as prepared by Williams,
Meriwether, Smith and Company, is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this .26th day of February, 1991.
