A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE COMBINATION
PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT OF "REPLAT OF
LOTS 110-123, WESTRIDGE PARK ADDITION,
UNIT NO. 4, PLAINVIE~, HALE COUNTY,
TEXAS"
WHEREAS, Max Gabriel, Plainview, Texas has submitted the
combination Preliminary and Final Plat of "replat of Lots 110-123, Westridge
Park Addition, Unit No. 4, Plalnview, Hale County, Texas" along with
appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of the
City of Plainview; and
WHERF_,A_S, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Plainview on March 28, 1991 approved the combination Preliminary and Final
.Plat of "replat of Lots 110-123, Westridge Park Addition, Unit No. 4,
Plalnview, Hale County, Texa~"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said combination Preliminary
and Final Plat and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning
Commission and find that said combination Ppelimina~y~ and Final Plat
complies with the intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Piainview.
NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that the combination Preliminary and Final Plat of "replat of Lots
110-123, Westridge Park Addition, Unit No. 4, Plainview, Hale County,
Texas" be and is hereby approved subject to compliance with the
Subdivision Regulations and other ordinances governing the platting and
developing of land within the City of Plainview.
