A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE COMBINATION
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF "PRESSLE~
ADDITION, UNIT NO. 2, PLAINVIEW, HALE
COUNTY, TEXAS"
WHEREAS, the First Baptist Church, Plainview, Texas has
submitted the combination Preliminary and Final Plat of "Pressler
Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas" along with
appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of
the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commi.gsion of the City of
Plainview on March 28, 1991 approved the combination Preliminary and
Final Plat of "Pressler Addition, Unit No. 2, P]aiqview, Hale County,
Texas"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said combination
Preliminary and Final Plat and the recommendations of the Planning and
Zoning Commission and find that said complies with the intent of the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview.
NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLNED by the City Council of the City
of Plainview that the combination Preliminary and Final Plat of
"Pressler Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas" be and
is hereby approved subject to compliance with the Subdivision
Regulations and other ordinances governing the platting and
developing of land within the City of Plainview.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of April, 1991.
