HomeMy WebLinkAboutR91-115 (2)PLAT - LA MESA UNITS NO. 2 & 3 - PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION NO, 1{91-115 17 VOID SEE PAGE 19 & 20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVI~, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LA MESA SUBDMSION, UNITS NO. 2 & 3, PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS WHEREAS, Frank and Max Gabriel of Plainview, Texas, have submitted the Preliminary Plat of La Mesa Subdivision, Units No. 2 & 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning CommL~sion of the City of Plainview on May 9, 1991, approved said Preliminary Plat of La Mesa Subdivision, Units 2 & 3, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to fo]lowing stipulations: 1) That the subdivision be in compliance with the C-3 zoning requirements. 2) That the right-of-way width of Garland Street be 75 feet in accordance with Section 7.02-7b of the Subdivision Regulations. 3) That the lot numbers commence with the number "2" and progress through the number "12" in compliance with Section 7.03-10 of the Subdivision Regulations. 4) 5) That a note be shown on the Final Plat that driveway access to S.W. 3rd Street from the lot to become Lot 2 is prohibited in accordance with Section 7.03-11 of the Subdivision Regulations. That the right-of way width of the alley be 25 feet in accordance with Section 7.06-2 of the Subdivision Regulations. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Preliminary Plat and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and finds that said plat revised to include the stipulations recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission will comply with the intent of the Subdivision regulations of the City of Plainview, subject to the following additional stipulations: 1) That the requirements of Ordinance No. 89-2807, §7:10(4) and Resolution No. 91-115 be waived as follows: a) the paving of the alley, beginning at the north end of lot 2 and commencing 100 feet south, shall be required in accordance with the above regulations; and b) the paving of the remaining lots be deferred until an application for a building permit for the lot(s) is submitted and, at such time, all alley-ways abutting the lot(s) shall be paved in accordance with the above regulations.
