RESOLUTION NO. R91-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, PLACING AN INDIVIDUAL IN NOMINATION
FOR ELECTION TO THE HALE COUNTY ~ CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
~hereas, the Hale County Central Appraisal District has requested that the
taxing entities submit nominees to serve on the Board of Directors; and
'~nereas, the City of Plainview is a participating taxing entity.
Whe~-eas, Paul Johnson was nominated by Resolution No. R91-125, and he
declined the nomination.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Plalnview,
Texas, that the following individual is hereby nominated to serve on the Hale
County Central Appraisal District Board' of Directors:
Mary Virginia Kirchhoff
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of November, 1991.
