RESOLUTION NO. R92-100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, CASTING VOTES FOR CANDIDATES
TO SERVE ON THE HALE COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code, the
Chief Appraiser of the Hale County ApPraisal District has prepared a ballot,
listing the candidates for election' to the Hale County appraisal District Board
of Directors, and has delivered a copy of the ballot to the presiding officer
of the City of Plainview, a district that is entitled to vote; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, desires to
determine and declare its vote by resolution and submit it to the Chief
Appraiser.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview, Texas that the ballot form, a Copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, as marked with the district's votes as shown on said
ballot.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of January, 1992.
