RESOLUTION NO. 92-105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR BOND ATTORNEY SERVICES
WITH FULBRIGHT & JAWORSKI.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview, Texas, desire to contract with the firm of
Fulbright & Jaworski for bond attorney services; and
WHEREAS, Fulbright & Jaworski wishes to provide said services to the City of
Plainview; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said agreement is hereby attached to this resolution
and made a permanent part thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CoUncil of the City of
Plainview, Texas, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Plainview for Fulbright & Jaworski to
provide bond attorney services.
