ANNEXATION - WESTRIDGE SERVICE PLAN
RESOLUTION NO. 92-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, ADOPTING A SERVICE PLAN FOR
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF AN ADDITION TO
PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING REFERRED
TO HEREIN AS "WESTRIDGE ADDITION".
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, is considering
the annexation of an addition to Plainview, Hale County, Texas, being the
"Westridge Addition"; and
WHEREAS, an Annexation Description (Exhibit A) designating the proposed
area is attached and hereby made a permanent part of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that a Service Plan be developed for areas to
be annexed by a City; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Service Plan is attached and hereby made a
permanent part of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, that the Service Plan for the proposed annexation of
an addition to Plainview, Hale County, Texas, being the "Westridge
Addition", is hereby adopted.
