RESOLUTION NO. R92-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE OF TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING THE
PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF A CERTAIN WESTRIDGE
ADDITION IN HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas has
announced that proceedings have~ been initiated to annex to a certain territory
located in the County of Hale, State of Texas known as Westridge Addition;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council must hold two public hearings regarding said
annexation of the Westridge Addition under § 43.052 of the Local Government
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview, Texas that there shall be two public hearing regarding the
annexation of said Westridge Addition as follows:
1st Meeting: Tuesday, April 28, 1992 at 7:30 p.m., City Hall
2nd Meeting: Thursday, May 7, 1992 at 11:30 a.m., Plainview Country Club
