District) Zoning District for commercial uses and described as follows: Being the south 0.87_acres (presently zoned R-1) of a 1.428 acre .tract out of the 'northeast quarter of Survey No. 28, Block JK-2, Hale County., Texas. BEGINNING at a 3/8 inch steel rod .found in the west right-of-way line of Ennis Street for the most easterly southeast corner of a 1.428 acre trait, said rod being 577.1 feet North .and 45 feet West of the .southeast corner of-.the northeast quarter of Survey No. 28, .Block JK-2, Hale County, Texas; ., THENCE West 73:.3 feet along the north line of the Juanita. Hyatt 0.26 acre. tract to a 3/8 nch`steel rod found for the. northwest corner of `~, ; said tract; THENCESouth 97.1 feet, to a 3/8 inch. steel rod found for the southwest corner of said 0.26 acre tract and in the. north line of Lot 9, Hilltop Addition; THENCE West 1:09. .feet to a 3/8 inch steel rod found for the southeast corner of Lot 6 of said addition; THENCE North 246.9 feet along the east line of said addition to the most southwesterly southwest corner of `tract zoned C.R.D.. City of Plainview, Texas, a notice that a public hearing shall be held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall in Plainview, Texas, at 7.30 o'c ock P.M., on the :22nd day of.
