Prairie House - Revolving Loan Fund
RESOLUTION NO. R93-102
A Resolution of the City of Plainview, Texas,
authorizing the City ManRger to execute all
documents associated with the Revolving Loan
Fund loans to Prairie House Living Center, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is committed to promoting and assisting the growth
and development of business concerns within the city; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has established a Revolving Loan Fund for the
promotion and assistance of the grow-th and development of business concerns in the
city; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview, on January 26, 1993, authorized a loan to Prairie
House Living Center, Inc. in the amount of $150,000, with $50,000 being used to
leverage the SPAG Regional Revolving Loan Fund and $100,000 being a loan from the
City of Plainview Revolving Loan Fund; and
NOW, THERF. FORt~, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Plainview, Texas, that the
City Manager shall be delegated to sign the closing documents, for the loan(s) to be
issued to Prairie House Living Center, Inc.
