RESOLUTION NO. R93-105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS,
APPROVING THE .PRELIMINARY PLAT OF MESA VERDE
ADDITION, UNIT NO. 4, PLAINVIE~, HALE COUNTY,
TEXAS -
Whereas, Prairie House Living Center, Plainview / Hale County Hospital Authority and
Interstate Development of Plainview, Texas, has submitted a Preliminary Plat of Mesa
Verde Addition, Unit No. 4, Plainview, b~le County, Texas, along with the
necessary information, and appropriate plat submission fees to the City Engineer of
the City of Plainview; and
Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commissin of the City of Plainview, On March 25,
1993, approved said Preliminary Plat of Mesa Verde Addition, Unit No. 4, Plainview
Hale County, Texas, as submitted; and
Whe~-eas, the City Council hasd reviewed said Preliminary Plat and the
recommendations of the Planning an Zoning Cor~mission and finds that said plat as
submitted conforms to the intent of the Subdivision regulations of the City of
Plainview.
Now, therefore, be it resolved,~bY the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas,
that the Preliminary Plat of Mesa Verde Addition, Unit No. 4, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas, be and is hereby approved as submitted.
