RESOLUTION NO. R93-106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF KISER ADDITION,
PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
Whm~as, Western Ag Sales of Plainview, Texas, has submitted a Final Plat of Kiser
Addition, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with necessary information and
appropriate submission fees to the City Engineer of the City of Plalnview; and
Whe~a~, the Planning and Zoning Commigsion of the City of Plainview, on April 8,
1993, recommended approval of said Final Plat of Kiser Addition, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas, as submitted; and
Whe~s, the City Council has reviewed said Final Plat and the recommendation of the
Planning and Zoning Commission and finds that said plat as submitted and
recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission complies with the
intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Plalnview, Texas,
that the final plat of Kiser Addition, Plalnview, Hale County, Texas, be and is
hereby approved as submitted and as recommended by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
