SANITATION - LANDFILL - ENGINEERING CONSULTANT
RESOLUTION NO. R91-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR THE EXECUTE AN AMENDED
CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH HAMM
ENGINEERING AS SUCH PERTAINS TO THE PERMITTING
OF THENEW LANDFILL.
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview had previously contracted with
Hamm Engineering for services associated with permitting a new
landfill; and
WHEREAS, the term of said contract has expired, and the
permitting of the landfill is not complete; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to continue
with said contract until permitting is complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Ptainview,
Texas, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an amended
contract for engineering consulting services with Hamm Engineering
for the permitting of a new sanitary landfill.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of March, 1991.
