BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES
Monday, January 27, 1991, 7:30 P.M.
Council Chambers, City Hall, 901 Broadway
The meeting was called to order by

Staff present were: Larry Gould,
chairperson, Lynn Davis.
Eddie Sessions, Betty
Building Inspections/Code
Enforcement Department; Diane Groh, Director for Community
Services; and Roy Reese, Building Inspections/Code Enforcement.
Visitors present were Ken Chapman, W. T. Criswell, William Carter
and Morris Carter.
B. A. CA~E NO 1134:
Request of Ken Chapman on behalf of Heath Furniture Company No. 6
for a variance to side setback of 15 feet of 15 foot required in
Section 32 and a request a variance of 15 parking spaces of the
30 required in Section 31:5.2 No. 14 for placement of an addition
to an existing commercial building on the south side and setting
on the rear and side property lines. Property described as Lots
12, 13, and 14, Block 22, Original Town Addition and generally
located at 210 - 214 Broadway.
Larry Gould presented the case to the board. After a discussion
of the case Leroy Lightfoot moved, seconded by Randy Ballinger to
approve the variance as requested. Motion carried unanimously.
With no further business before the board meeting adjourned.
