BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTMEETINGMINUTES
Monday, December 23, 1991, 7:30 P.M.
Council Chambers, City Hall, 901 Broadway
The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Lynn Davis.
Other board members present were: Eddie Sessions, Betty
Gonzalez, Jannie Benson and Brandon Brownlee.
Staff present were: Tom Egleston, Building Official; Larry
Gould, Code Enforcement Officer; Wally Hatch, City Attorney and
Janice Anderson, Secretary for Community Services.
B. A. CASE NO 1133:
Request of Laura Moore for a 4 foot variance to the 8 foot
required by Section 32:1, (Side Yard Setbacks) for the placement
of a carport 4 foot from side yard property line and an 16 foot
variance to the 35 foot required by Section 32:1 (Front Yard
Setbacks) being Lot 12, Block 63, Highland Addition and generally
located at 1406 Joliet Street.
Larry Gould, Code Enforcement Officer presented the case to the
board by means of .video and overhead projection.
After a short discussion, Brandon Brownlee moved, seconded by
Jannie Benson to approve the variance as requested. Motion was
unanimous.
With no further business before the board meeting adjourned.
