BOARD OF ADJUST~RNTMEETING MINUTES
Monday, November 25, 1991, 7:30 P.M.
Council Chambers, City Hall, 901 Broadway
The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Lynn Davis.
Other board members present were: Randy Ballinger, Betty
Gonzalez, Eddie Sessions and Brandon Brownlee.
Staff present were: .Diane Groh, Director for Community Services;
Tom Egleston, Building official; Larry Gould, Code Enforcement
officer; and Janice Anderson, Secretary for Community Services.
Chairman Davis welcomed Eddie Session as a new member to the
Board.
B. A. CASE NO. 1132:
Request of Ken Halbleib for a 11.5 foot variance to the 20 feet
required by Section 34:5(5) Special Rear Yard Regulations for the
placement of a garage 8.5 feet from the rear property line at
property located at the North 41 feet of Lot 16 and the South 40
feet of Lot 17, Block 12, Brock Addition, Unit No. 3 and
generally located at 1410 Holliday.
Diane Groh presented the case to the Board. There were two (2)
replies in favor of the request.
After a short discussion Brandon BrOwnlee moved, seconded by
Randy Ballinger to grant the request as stated. Motion carried
unanimously.
With no further business to discuss meeting adjourned.
